M3M Jacob And Co: Empty-nester's dilemma
₹6.32 Cr is a serious amount, even after selling our current home. My wife and I are empty nesters now; the kids have moved out, so we don't need such a huge place. We're looking at M3M Jacob And Co in Greater Noida, aiming for something compact and low maintenance. The brochure shows amazing amenities, but I'm wondering if they're actually useful for daily life or just for show. Is the society genuinely good to live in, or is it more of a 'good on paper' kind of place? Also, how's the neighborhood for older folks? We need good hospitals nearby, and easy access to local markets. Is the commute okay for occasional visits to Noida or Delhi? What's the real community vibe like there? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Any thoughts on M3M's maintenance charges for a project like this? Trying to make an informed decision here. What would you pick if you were in my shoes?

Totally understand your dilemma. Kids moved out, ab bas peace chahiye. But ₹6.3 Cr is a huge commitment,
₹6.3 Cr for an upcoming project, that too for empty nesters? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? I mean, amenities dikhane mein toh sab builders mahaan hain, but actual delivery aur maintenance kaun dekhta hai. For that price, you could get something ready-to-move in a slightly older but established society. M3M ka track record bhi mixed hai.
