M3M Jacob & Co Noida - Worth the Hype?

Has anyone checked out that video on M3M's Jacob & Co residences in Noida? Looks pretty swanky! I'm curious what people think about the location (Sector 97) and if the branded residences are actually worth the premium. What's your take? Anyone know about the ROI potential?
