Visited M3M Mansion last week. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builder ke hidden charges pata hain, but M3M Mansion ke final quote mein PLC aur OC charges dekhke I'm shocked. Brochure mein kuch aur tha. Total cost bohot inflate ho rahi hai. Jo log yahan buy kar rahe hain, kya aapko bhi final payment mein surprise mila? How did you manage these hidden charges?

PLC aur OC charges toh standard hain, but brochure se itna difference kaise? Kya aapne agreement sign karne se pehle sab clear nahi kiya tha? Kitna extra maang rahe hain per sq ft for these 'preferred' locations?
Totally agree, bhai! Builders always have these hidden costs. M3M is no different, they just have a fancier way of hiding them. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
