M3M Natura ka ₹1.39 Cr+ price? Bhai, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai for a first-time buyer like me. Sector 67 mein 2BHK se upgrade karna hai, par is price pe toh soch ke hi darr lag raha hai. Possession date toh 2022-11-01 dikha raha tha, but project abhi bhi ONGOING hai? Delivery issues ka darr toh hai hi.
