Okay I'll be honest — Mohali real estate is looking interesting but it's hard to get ground truth from Dubai. I'm checking out M3M Natura, the ongoing project. Price is around ₹1.4 Cr for a 2BHK. M3M ka project delivery track record kaisa hai in Mohali? Are they known for delays ya time pe hand over karte hain? Can't do a site inspection myself, so RERA compliance aur legal status pe thoda concerned hoon. Kisi ko pata hai iska OC status ya kuch red flags hain? My biggest worry is the resale market. Agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna pada, toh will it be easy to sell? Is there an active secondary market for M3M projects? Any insights on liquidity and potential exit strategy would be super helpful.
