M3M Natura site visit: my honest take on progress

Did a site visit to M3M Natura last weekend and honestly, I'm feeling a bit conflicted. I'm fed up of renting, my landlord just raised rent again, and I finally want to build some equity. M3M's reputation for delivery timelines has me worried, though. I saw the current progress and it just doesn't seem like they'll hit the promised possession date. Is anyone else invested here or looking at it? What's your take on their project delivery track record? I'm worried about delays eating into my projected ROI and rental yield, plus the whole under-construction risk. Also, with potentially so many investors, will it turn into a ghost society? Not sure if the capital appreciation since pre-launch still makes sense for a new entry. What are folks thinking about the long-term potential here?
