What do you think about this M3M Noida news? Just saw a Realvisory video saying UP govt cancelled two M3M plots in Sector 72 and 94 – Cullinan and The Line. That's pretty wild, right? It sounds like a big deal for existing buyers. I'm wondering what this means for their investments. Does this make anyone else reconsider M3M projects in Noida or even the area generally?

Yaar, ye M3M Noida wali news sunke toh dimaag kharab ho gaya. Cullinan aur The Line projects ka land cancel ho gaya? Maine toh socha tha M3M bada builder hai, Gurugram mein HQ hai inka. Ab kya hoga buyers ka? Meri toh neend udd gayi ye soch ke.
Totally agree bhai! Main bhi M3M mein invest karne ka soch raha tha. Ab toh bahut darr lag raha hai, budget bhi limited hai.
