₹2.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 – thought it was a steal last year. Just moved into my M3M project last month, aur ab lag raha hai construction quality mein thoda compromise hai. Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathrooms ki finishing bhi utni achhi nahi hai jitni dikhayi thi. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high lag rahe hain. Is it normal? DLF ya Emaar ke projects mein bhi aisa hota hai kya? Ya sirf humare building mein hai? Concerned about long-term issues.

Bhai, 2.1 Cr for Sector 65 and this quality? I was looking at M3M too, ab toh darr lag raha hai. Is this a common issue with new projects in Gurgaon these days?

Haan yaar, same. My friend in Basai had similar issues with another builder. Lagta hai sabki yahi kahani hai.
