M3M Sector 94 Noida - Worth the hype?

Hey guys, dekha kya M3M ka naya project Sector 94 mein? Found this video on it, looks pretty fancy. But Noida mein, so not sure about the location. Anyone knows about the connectivity there? Thinking of investing, but thoda hesitant hoon. What's your take on M3M projects generally?
