M3M Sierra 68: Is the investment premium still worth it?
What's the actual resale market like for M3M Sierra 68 in Mohali right now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa for investment. M3M Sierra 68 caught my eye since it's completed, and I'm looking at it purely from an investment angle. I already have a home loan, so this would be a second property. What's the real story with its capital appreciation since launch? I'm wondering if the current price jump to ₹1.5 Cr+ is still justified or if most of the upside is already gone. Is there good liquidity for resale here, like, can you actually offload a unit easily if needed in 5-7 years? Also, is it more investor-heavy or end-user dominated?
