M3M, Sobha, Prestige, Godrej in Noida - Reliable?

Came across this video comparing M3M, Sobha, Prestige, and Godrej projects in Noida. They talk about the luxury aspect, but I'm more concerned about builder credibility. Has anyone here actually bought from these guys? Specifically, I'm looking for feedback on timely delivery and construction quality. I've heard some stories about delays, toh thoda dar lag raha hai. What's your experience been like with these builders in Noida? Any insights would be helpful!

Ultimately, it depends on your priorities. If timely delivery is your top concern, stick with established builders like Godrej or Sobha. If you're willing to take a risk for potentially higher returns, M3M might be an option. But be very careful.

Don't just rely on videos. Go visit the sites yourself. Talk to existing residents. That's the only way to get a real sense of what's going on.

Yeah, I saw that video too. Luxury toh sab dikhate hain, but asliyat toh after possession hi pata chalti hai. I'm also leaning towards Godrej, but their Sector 150 project is a bit far from the metro. Anyone has any experience with Godrej Woods?

Bhai, delays are part and parcel of Noida real estate. Koi bhi builder perfect nahi hai. But M3M is known to be super aggressive with their marketing, so double-check everything before you commit.
