Is M3M St Andrews daily living really good, ya sirf looks good on paper? Amenities ka real use kitna hai, like gym, pool? Aur community ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya log apne mein rehte hain? Schools, markets paas mein hain kya? Any first-hand experience batao please.

M3M ka track record mix hai. Mere ek friend ne M3M Urbana mein liya tha, possession mein kaafi headache hua tha. Though St Andrews is a different league, builder ki overall
Bhai, M3M St Andrews ki price range dekhi hai? ₹15.4 Cr se ₹16.1 Cr! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh sapna hi hai. Looks good on paper is an understatement, lagta hai gold plated hai! But seriously, is the daily living experience *that* premium to justify this? Amenities like gym and pool, are they actually used or just for show? Aur koi batao yaar, community vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?
Sahi baat hai U1. Yeh project lagta hai hum jaise middle-class ke liye bana hi nahi hai. Par itne high-end project ka RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' kyu hai? Koi issue toh nahi hai na future mein?
Totally agree yaar! Is price mein toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe pura independent floor mil jayega. Yeh toh next level luxury hai, humare budget se bahar.
