M3M The Line: Is the premium justified for daily living?

M3M The Line — seriously considering this for an upgrade. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, Noida. Their 3BHKs are around ₹1.5 Cr. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? Are the amenities actually useful? What's the neighbourhood like for schools and markets? Is this premium justified for a family?
