M3M The Line: Paying for air, not space?
Visited M3M The Line last week. Everyone talks about the fancy amenities and location, but honestly, no one discusses the actual carpet area efficiency. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking to downsize from our big house to something manageable. But for 1.5 Cr, the 3BHK felt so compact; it's mostly super area, not usable space. Matlab, it barely felt bigger than an old 2BHK. What about the community vibe there, is it friendly ya sab isolated rehte hain? And maintenance charges, are they reasonable for what they actually deliver? Change my mind, but I feel like we're paying for air, not actual living space.

Totally agree with the original post! M3M projects always feel like they maximize super area. The carpet area is just disappointing for the price they quote. Been there, seen that, same experience.
Exactly! I visited their other project near Alpha-II Commercial Belt, and same feeling. They show you these grand common areas, but your actual flat feels cramped. It's a common builder tactic now, sadly.
