M3M's capital appreciation claims for The Line are just marketing fluff. I'm seriously frustrated with the flat price movement since launch; where's the promised ROI on a ₹1.5 Cr unit? The resale market feels dead, honestly. Are other investors seeing this too? What's your exit strategy?
