ROI ke chakkar mein under-construction mein phasna nahi chahiye. Mere ek relative ne Baliawas mein ek project liya tha, 'under-construction' bolke start kiya tha par abhi tak bas foundations hi hain. Builder ne date pe date di hai. Ready-to-move mein peace of mind rehta hai, bhale hi thoda zyada pay karna pade. First-time buyers ko toh aur cautious rehna chahiye.

Maine Signature Global ke ek aur project mein invest kiya tha Badshahpur mein, thoda delay hua tha par eventually delivery mil gayi thi. Quality theek thi, but don't expect luxury. City Phase 1 ka RERA number GGM/656/388/2022/131DATED23.12.2022 hai, toh at least regulated hai. Lekin meri advice hai, builder ke previous projects visit karke wahan ke residents se baat karo. Woh real picture denge.
