@U1, Same boat yaar! Quality aur maintenance ka darr sabko lagta hai. Builders promise a lot but post-possession service is where they usually fail. Make sure you read the fine print for maintenance contracts, especially the clauses about common area charges and utility bills. They can really add up unexpectedly.
