M3M's hidden charges at possession are pure daylight robbery. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. For my 3BHK near Dwarka Expressway, they're suddenly adding so much for EDC/IDC and maintenance deposits. Brochure mein kuch aur tha, ab yeh naya scene. Does anyone else face this with these luxury builders?
