Is Godrej construction quality actually better long-term compared to M3M or DLF in Gurgaon? Just moved into a Godrej project on Golf Course Extension Road last month, and maintenance charges are quite high. During my search, M3M ka finishing looked good, par suna hai post-possession issues bahut aate hain. DLF projects ki maintenance better hoti hai kya after a few years? Looking for first-hand experiences on long-term quality and society upkeep.
