M3M's 'luxury' tag vs. ground reality post-possession
Just got possession last month in an M3M project, Sector 65. The reality is jarring. Everyone glorifies their 'luxury' tag, but nobody talks about actual construction quality post-handover. Mere flat mein already plaster cracks hain, bathrooms mein minor seepage. Builder ko call karo, they just deflect. New flat hai, yaar! My friend in a Godrej project, Golf Course Ext. Road, faced way fewer issues. Kya M3M sirf facade pe focus karte hain? Post-possession maintenance charges are sky-high, but amenities ka haal dekho toh lagta nahi itna paisa justified hai. Pool ganda, gym equipment out of order. Do Sobha or DLF maintain societies better? Change my mind, M3M's build quality is overrated. Is this new normal for Gurgaon builders? What's your ground reality?
