M3M's Mohali quality is overrated for end-users.
Is M3M's build quality actually worth the premium in Mohali, or is it just marketing hype? My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for a compact 2BHK or smaller 3BHK in Sector 82 or 84. I'm seeing a lot of M3M projects, but honestly, I'm more concerned about long-term living. Everyone glorifies their designs, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality after a few years. Do those plaster cracks and seepage issues really start showing up, or am I overthinking? Godrej seems more grounded, but what's their story with maintenance charges and RWA handover? I don't want to deal with builder-controlled RWAs or extortionate monthly bills. I need something manageable, with good society and near a hospital. Is there any builder in Mohali that genuinely focuses on post-possession experience, or are they all just about the initial sale? Change my mind if you think M3M or DLF are actually good for end-users like me.
