Visited a few projects on Golf Course Extension Road last weekend. DLF aur M3M ke projects dekhe, both look good, but construction quality ka real scene kya hai? I'm a bit nervous, my parents keep saying builders hide a lot of hidden charges. Is it true for these guys? Especially the PLC/EDC part. Not sure if the premium is worth it eventually.

Totally feel you, OP! I've been looking at M3M projects too, especially on Golf Course Extension Road. The brochures look amazing, and the show flats are super impressive. But my biggest fear is exactly what you said – construction quality. Builders often cut corners after booking. And these hidden charges, yaar, they just spring up. My uncle bought a flat near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) a few years back, and his final cost was almost 15% higher than what was initially quoted. Is M3M known for this?

Exactly! Hidden charges are the worst. Builders should be transparent from day one.
U1, M3M is infamous for hidden charges. My cousin almost booked with them near Sector 65, and the sales guy was very vague about the final cost. When they pushed, the 'extra' charges added up to a significant amount. It's not just M3M, but they're definitely up there. Always get a detailed payment plan in writing.
