Is M3M GIC going to be another long wait like their previous projects? Everyone glorifies M3M ka brand, but nobody talks about the actual possession delays and hidden charges. I just moved into my society after a 2-year delay, things nobody told me earlier. For an upcoming project like GIC, the brochure amenities look amazing, par reality mein kitna deliver hoga? Builder ka track record matters. Under-construction gamble is real in Gurgaon. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! M3M ka naam sunte hi pehle toh hype hoti hai, but then the reality of delays hits you. GIC bhi agar 2034 tak ka project hai toh socho kitna lamba wait hoga. Mere ek dost ne M3M Urbana mein book kiya tha, 1.5 saal late mila. Iss price range mein itna gamble kaun le?
Haan bhai, same experience. My brother booked in one of their projects near Airport Road, promised possession in
