Just moved into Maan Properties Dream Homes 2 a couple months ago. Amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, pool kitna use hota hai? Aur aas-pass schools, markets kaise hain, matlab daily convenience kesi hai?

₹38.53 L for a 2BHK in Maan Properties Dream Homes 2... honestly, is this even worth it for investors? Everyone glorifies Noida property appreciation, but nobody talks about the pathetic rental yields here. I'm seeing barely 2.5% on similar completed projects. Is the resale market even liquid enough to exit easily? Feels like a ghost society risk. Change my mind.
