Visited a couple of 3BHK projects in Madhapur last weekend. Prices are hitting ₹1.8 Cr, seems steep yaar. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Kya Madhapur mein yeh prices justify hote hain? Traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein? Investment ROI next 3-5 years mein kaisa dikhta hai?
