Madhav Enclave owners, construction quality aur amenities pe opinion?
Been looking for a bigger flat. Madhav Enclave, Noida Extension mein construction quality kaisi hai? Cracks, seepage issues aate hain kya? Clubhouse facilities kitni used hain, kids ke liye useful bhi hain?
Comments
Okay, so it seems like a mixed bag. The price range is definitely unusual, but if they have units for ₹7L, it's attractive for first-time buyers like us who are budget-conscious. But construction quality and actual usability of amenities are key. Has anyone actually lived there for a year or two and can share real experiences about the maintenance, society management, and how well the amenities are maintained?
So, basically, it's a gamble then? Kya karein yaar, budget mein kuch bhi perfect nahi milta, always some compromise.
U11, yes, my friend's cousin lives there. He mentioned the maintenance is okay, but the clubhouse is rarely used. Kids' area is fine, but security could be better, especially at night. Seepage issues did come up in his block during heavy rains last year, but they were eventually fixed after a lot of follow-up.
I'm a bit concerned about the 'COMPLETED' status. Sometimes builders rush the finishing to get completion certificates, and then real issues start popping up a year or two later, especially with electricals and plumbing. My uncle faced this with a project near Alistonia Estate, had to spend a lot on repairs.
I've heard mixed reviews about Madhav Enclave. The price range of ₹7L to ₹55L for just 40 units is indeed very wide. ₹7L must be for a small studio or a 1RK, and ₹55L for a larger 3BHK. My agent said it's fully completed but getting an exact RERA quality report is tough for older projects. Builders sometimes cut corners on internal plumbing and wiring.
Current market mein Noida Extension mein itne options hain, why settle for something with doubts? Property prices are softening a bit too, so maybe wait for a better deal or a project with a clearer track record.
U6, U7, you're right. ₹7L mein definitely 1RK ya studio apartment hoga. ₹55L is for a bigger unit. But the point is, for a completed project, why such a range and so much ambiguity about quality? U7, RERA reports are indeed difficult to get post-completion for older projects. Best way is to spend a few hours in the society and observe.
Hey, I actually visited Madhav Enclave last month! The clubhouse looked decent, not super fancy but functional. Kids play area was there, seemed okay. Construction-wise, from outside it seemed alright, no visible cracks. But I'm also worried about seepage, especially after reading so many horror stories here.
₹7L mein kya milta hai wahan? Itna low price point hai, quality compromise toh hoga hi na? I mean, for that price, I'd expect a very basic studio, not a family flat.
U4, seepage is a HUGE problem in Noida Extension, especially with some of these 'completed' projects. Mera cousin rehta hai Ajayabpur ke paas, uske building mein har monsoon mein roof leak karti hai. Since Madhav Enclave is completed, you should try to talk to actual residents, not just the sales team. They'll give you the real picture about maintenance and water issues.
Hey everyone! Been looking for a bigger flat in Noida Extension and Madhav Enclave caught my eye. It's listed as 'COMPLETED'. Can anyone shed some light on the construction quality? Are there common issues like cracks or seepage? Also, about the amenities – how are the clubhouse facilities? Are they actually used, and is the kids' play area useful for families?
Exactly, U2! Mere ek friend ne Alpha-II Commercial Belt mein ek flat liya tha, builder ne promise kuch aur kiya, deliver kuch aur. Madhav Enclave ka bhi construction status 'COMPLETED' hai, which is good, but you need to physically verify everything. Walk around, look for water stains, talk to security guards if possible. Don't trust online pictures blindly.
U1, Madhav Enclave? Naam suna hai, but Noida Extension mein quality ka bahut issue hai. Builders often cut corners to finish projects. Also, the price range is ₹7L to ₹55L, itna disparity kyun? What kind of units are they offering at such different price points?
