MNG Realtech LLP ka project Madhopura mein liya, possession ke baad bohot hidden costs nikle. Yaar, maintenance advance, utility setup charges, sab milake budget hil gaya. Koi batao, next investment ke liye construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment option? I'm thinking of looking at price correction zones like some parts of Raj Nagar Extension for better value. Kya lagta hai?
