Oh man, I feel you! This is exactly my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect dikhta hai, but reality hits hard. ₹75L is a huge amount to invest and then feel cheated. Meri toh neend udd gayi hai ye soch ke.
Totally agree with U1. Yeh builders ka common tactic hai. Same happened with my uncle in Ansal Villas, amenities were just for show in the brochure. So misleading!
