Is the premium for 2BHKs in Magarpatta City really worth it these days, especially at the higher end of the budget? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Hadapsar, thinking of upgrading. My budget is ₹80L-1.5Cr for a good 2BHK in Magarpatta, already have a home loan. I'm checking out projects, but prices feel steep for the carpet area. Are there specific projects within Magarpatta City that offer better value in this range? Or is it just paying for location? Any hidden charges or maintenance surprises I should know about?
