Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Magic JK Homes. I'm in Dubai, site visit possible nahi. Property manager ko under-construction quality mein kya dekhna chahiye? Does it impact future rental and resale value?

U5, be careful with 'popular' projects. Sometimes it's just marketing hype. I almost bought a flat in Achchheja from a similar sounding builder, they promised the moon and delivered a pile of bricks. My property manager missed so many red flags. Make sure your property manager is independent, U1, not someone recommended by the builder. Check the RERA status too, agar RERA applicable nahi hai, that's a huge red flag for quality and timelines.
Bhai, Magic JK Homes 'under-construction' nahi hai. Woh toh kab ka complete ho chuka hai. Aapko kisne bataya ki under-construction hai? Price range bhi inka 2.3 Cr se shuru hota hai, budget-conscious ke liye thoda high hai.

Exactly! I was about to say the same. My cousin checked it out near Ahinsa Khand 1 last year, it was already done. Maybe the agent is misleading you, U1? Buying from Dubai without a site visit for a completed project sounds risky.
