Magic JK Homes mein parking ka kya scene hai? Hum apna bada ghar bech ke chhota flat dekh rahe hain, kids ab bahar hain. Ghaziabad mein Magic JK Homes pasand aaya hai, but parking ki tension hai. Guests aate hain toh unki gaadi kahan park hoti hai? Allocated parking toh theek hai, par extra gaadiyon ka kya? Aur lift ki reliability kaisi hai? Senior citizens ke liye bahut zaroori hai. Kahin baar baar kharab toh nahi hoti? Maintenance service kaisi hai in sab cheezon ke liye? Pani supply bhi reliable hai ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai?

Lift aur water supply ke liye toh builder se proper documentation aur maintenance contract ki details mangni chahiye. Kya unhone annual maintenance contract (AMC) sign kiya hai kisi reputed company se? Aur water supply ke liye, yeh confirm karo ki municipal supply hai ya borewell. Borewell pe depend karna risky hota hai summers mein. Achchheja area mein bahut societies tanker pe depend karti hain.
Parking ki problem toh bahut real hai bhai. Mere relative ne ek project mein liya hai flat, unki society mein ek gaadi allowed hai, doosri gaadi ke liye waiting list. Guests aate hain toh road pe park karna padta hai aur phir traffic police ka darr. Is price point pe toh allocated guest parking hona hi chahiye. Agar nahi hai toh future mein bahut headache hoga, especially with senior citizens who can't walk long distances from roadside parking.
Mujhe toh location bahut achhi lagi thi Magic JK Homes ki, Ahinsa Khand II se zyada door nahi hai. I visited it last month, overall layout was impressive. Parking ka issue toh har naye project mein hota hai, but inka basement parking kafi spacious laga tha. Lift bhi naye hain, toh initially toh problem nahi aani chahiye.
