Ghaziabad properties — I'm trying to wrap my head around the long-term costs. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits for Magic JK Homes are tough. My main concern is maintenance charges. Brochures always promise a lot, but what's the actual service quality like on the ground? Log bolte hain high charges hote hain but services are often poor. Does the security system actually work well, ya sirf naam ka hai? For an investor, good maintenance means happy tenants and better resale, right? Kya kisi ko real experience hai with Magic JK Homes' maintenance? Is it value for money, or just another expense that eats into ROI? Parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Reserved ya lottery system? This affects tenant choice and property manager headaches.

Totally understand your concern from Dubai. Ghaziabad mein maintenance ka scene bahut tricky hai, especially for older 'completed' projects. Builders promise the moon, but ground reality is usually different. My cousin in Ahinsa Khand 1 faced similar issues with his society, constant water problems and security lapses. Resale value takes a hit for sure.
Magic JK Homes? No RERA number? Bhai, that's a huge red flag for me. Maintenance toh baad ki baat hai.
