Mahadev Kaveri/Saraswati Towers: Maintenance charges reality check?

Did a site visit to Mahadev Kaveri and Saraswati Towers. Kids have moved out, so we're downsizing. Maintenance charges felt really high. Do they actually maintain common areas well? Is power backup reliable, or just common areas? Does the RWA really deliver value for that money? Anyone living there, your experience please.
