Visited Mahagun's Sector 150 project last weekend. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, but hidden charges at possession, especially PLC/EDC, worry me. What's Mahagun's actual track record here? Kisi ko post-possession costs ka experience hua hai?
