Got possession of my Mahagun Manorialle unit in March, finally moved in last month. Been watching the rental market closely, honestly not sure if the yields are hitting what I projected. Seeing quite a few empty flats still, which makes me wonder about the investor vs. end-user ratio here. It feels a bit like a ghost society on weekdays sometimes. Is it just me, or is the resale market also a bit slow right now for these premium units? The initial investment was significant, and I'm counting on strong capital appreciation. But I'm not seeing much active secondary market interest yet. Anyone else who's bought here seeing the same? What are your thoughts on the long-term resale potential and exit strategy?

Yaar, I've been eyeing Mahagun Manorialle too, but the price range (₹4.2 Cr – ₹30.9 Cr) is making me super nervous for a first-time investment. Hearing about slow rentals and resale from you is exactly what I feared. Noida market mein abhi thoda correction expected hai kya?
Haan, Noida mein high-end market thoda slow hai abhi. Small units ki demand zyada hai.
