Bhai, Mahagun Mantra toh 'Ready to Move' hai na ab? Possession 2019 mein hi mil gaya tha. Toh ab tak toh sab amenities functional honi chahiye. But experience se keh raha hoon, builders ka 'fully functional clubhouse' aksar bas ek building hoti hai. Kya actual mein wahan sab kuch chalta hai jaise brochure mein dikhaya tha?
