₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Greater Noida feels steep, especially for a first home. I'm looking at Mahagun Mantra, but honestly, the display flat feels so different from what I saw during a site visit for an under-construction tower. Are the promised amenities like the clubhouse actually usable, or just for show? My parents keep saying to check for seepage issues after a year. What's the real construction quality like post-possession? And are maintenance charges worth the service, or just a black hole?

Bhai, ₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Greater Noida sounds very steep, especially given it's a 2019 possession project. Current market conditions mein you can find better value
Totally get what you mean! Display flats are always a dream, reality is... well. I visited Mahagun Mantra too, and the difference was glaring. Especially the common areas and lift lobbies. My biggest worry is also the construction quality post-possession. Kya woh seepage wali baat sach hoti hai?
