Mahagun Mantra I is definitely eye-catching but that price tag? Uff! Sampada Shramdeep ka location connectivity I've heard is decent, especially if you're looking towards Alpha I Greater Noida side. But 2005 possession date makes me wonder about resale value and current condition. Maintenance charges ka idea toh mujhe bhi nahi hai Mahagun ka.
