Possession for my flat in Mahagun Mantra I was just a few months back, and I'm really trying to understand the investment side now. Living here, things are decent, but I'm looking at capital appreciation potential. Has anyone tracked the price-trend for 2BHKs here since launch? What's the general sentiment on its resale market liquidity over the next 3-5 years? Also, is it just me or does it feel like a lot of units are still empty? Worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio affecting rentals later. Any insights would be super helpful.
