Did some deep diving on Mahagun Mantra this week from Dubai. Everyone talks about the amenities, but what about the actual construction quality? I'm worried about future maintenance costs impacting ROI, especially since I can't do regular site inspections. Do these fancy clubhouses really attract premium tenants or just inflate maintenance charges? Change my mind.

Yaar, Mahagun ke projects pe thoda doubt toh rehta hai. Mantra ready-to-move hai but construction quality ka issue suna hai. ROI pe impact toh aayega hi agar maintenance costs high hue. Is the price range ₹68 L – ₹82 L justifiable for an investor?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek dost Alpha II mein Mahagun ke project mein rehta hai, drainage issues bahut hain.
