Mahagun Mantra Villament vs Lotus Greens Isle - Noida mein kaunsa better?
Guys, I'm confused between Mahagun Mantra Villament and Lotus Greens Isle in Noida. Lotus Greens is ready to move, which is a plus, but the price is crazy high! Almost 14-19 Crore! Mahagun is cheaper, around 2-2.5 Cr. What do you think, is Lotus Greens worth that much more? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Also, anyone have an idea about the ROI potential for Lotus Greens considering the high price? Which one would you recommend for investment in Noida? I'm really looking for some advice. Mujhe pata chahiye! Has anyone experienced living in either of these?

Builders ke promises aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai, especially with construction quality. Hamesha site visit karo aur existing residents se baat karo.
Dekho, Lotus Greens Isle is probably targeting a very niche segment of buyers, jinke liye 15-20 Cr is not a big deal. For us first-time buyers with a budget of 2-3 Cr, Mahagun Mantra Villament makes much more sense. Don't get swayed by the 'luxury' tag if it's way out of your budget.
ROI potential ka kya scene hai Lotus Greens Isle mein? Given the current market conditions in Noida, where supply is high, will such an ultra-luxury property even see appreciation? I'm thinking long-term investment, but 19 Cr is a huge amount to block if returns aren't good. Mahagun is definitely more accessible for first-time investors looking for a reasonable entry point.
Mahagun Mantra Villament ka construction quality kaisa hai? UPRERAPRJ1870 yeh RERA number hai na? Maine suna hai Mahagun ke kuch projects mein finishing issues aaye hain. Koi bata sakta hai ki yahan pe kya scene hai? And since it's already completed in 2019, kya wahan abhi bhi issues hain ya sab settle ho gaya?
Lekin Mahagun ke saare projects aise nahi hain. Maine Alistonia Estate mein ek flat dekha tha, unka kaam theek tha. Mantra Villament bhi I heard was fine for its price range. You can't compare it to a 15 Cr property obviously. It's a different segment altogether.
Mere ek dost ne Mahagun ke ek aur project mein liya tha, bahut royega woh. Finishes toh bilkul average thi.
Haan, UPRERAPRJ1870 Mahagun Mantra Villament ka hi RERA number hai. It was completed on 2019-09-30. Construction quality was decent, not exceptional. For 2.2-2.5 Cr, it was good value back then. But abhi kya status hai, I'm not sure. Kisi resident se poochhna padega.

Exactly! Mujhe bhi same confusion hai. Ready-to-move hona achha hai, but 19 crore for a villament in Noida seems like a stretch, unless it's literally a palace. I was looking around Alpha II for something similar, but even there, prices for luxury are high, par itne nahi. Noida mein ROI itna high-end pe milna mushkil hai, I feel.
