Mahagun Mantra Villament in Greater Noida looks good, but is that price jump worth it for daily living? I need a true home, not just brochure specs. For residents, how's the actual carpet area? Are layouts practical for a family, or just fancy? What's the neighbourhood quality like? Are schools, hospitals, and markets convenient? Dekho, Mahagun ke projects pehle bhi dekhe hain. Location-wise Greater Noida theek hai but is price point pe, I'm not sure. Maine Alpha I Greater Noida mein kuch options dekhe the jo thode better deal lag rahe the. Iska carpet area specifications mein toh theek lagta hai, par actual mein kya scene hai, wohi samajh nahi aata.
