Living room wall pe seepage dikh raha hai already, aur kitchen fittings loose ho gaye hain. Builder ko complain kiya hai, but response slow hai. Clubhouse bhi jaisa brochure mein dikhaya tha, waisa nahi hai, bas naam ka hai. Daily use ka toh bilkul nahi lagta. Maintenance charges toh full lete hain, par service quality zero. Is it just me, ya aur logon ne bhi yeh issues face kiye hain? Kya karun ab?
