Is the carpet area difference between Buildcon Maghad Mansion and Mahagun Marvella really that significant, or just brochure talk? I'm fed up of renting and checking both. Marvella is ready but pricey. Maghad Mansion looks cheaper, but what about the actual usable space after all the deductions? Builder trust is also a big concern, honestly.
Mahagun Marvella Apartment — the actual rental yield is nowhere near what was projected. Builder promises on amenities also fell short. Anyone else seeing poor ROI here? What's your exit strategy?
Did a site visit to Mahagun Marvella this weekend and honestly, it felt a bit overwhelming. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 120 and thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK. The price range is quite high, and I'm wondering if the premium for a completed project is truly justified for daily living. Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? I'm keen to know about the society and community vibe there. Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, how's the neighborhood quality? Are good schools, hospitals, and markets really close by, or is it a bit of a trek? Already have a home loan, so trying to make a smart move here. Any current residents or recent buyers have insights on the actual livability and the real cost of living there?
Noida Extension, Mahagun Marvella ki resale liquidity samajh nahi aa rahi. Completed project hai, par capital appreciation kitna mila hai? Rental yield kya hai yaha? Investor view chahiye.
