Not sure agar Medalleo ka value justified hai compared to other luxury projects in Noida. Iska pricing competitive hai ya overvalued? Kya kisi ko aur options pata hain around Sector 107 for better value ya amenities? Ya yeh hi best hai?

I'm curious about the actual value here. With the current asking prices, do you guys think it's truly justified for the location and what's offered? Is the ACE Group premium really worth it?
