Mahagun Medalleo Noida prices: Worth it?

Came across this Mahagun Medalleo update video for Sector 107 Noida. It shows the towers like Amber and Diamond, talking about IGBC Gold certified, luxury specs. Looks pretty premium inside. I'm curious about the actual value here. With the current asking prices, do you guys think it's truly justified for the location and what's offered? Is the ACE Group premium really worth it?
