Mahagun Moderne vs ACC Homes - which is better society?

Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at Mahagun Moderne and ACC Homes in Noida. Moderne is ready to move, but ACC Homes is much cheaper. I'm confused. Is the extra cost of Moderne worth it for a better society and less maintenance hassle? Any thoughts?

Yaar, exactly my dilemma! Mahagun Moderne looks so good, but ACC Homes ka price tag itna attractive hai. Is it really worth paying almost double for a 'better' society? I'm a first-time buyer, toh thoda nervous hoon.

Totally agree! Budget is a huge factor for us too. Moderne ka maintenance bhi sunna hai high hai.
