What's the real story with Mahagun My Laagoon's delivery track record? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections easily, so I'm worried about delays for an investment property. Has anyone faced issues with their previous projects? Also, what's the investor-to-end-user ratio there? I'm looking for decent rental yield and resale potential in 5-7 years, but don't want a ghost society. How liquid is the resale market for this project, honestly?

Bhai, Mahagun ka track record toh mixed hi hai. Delivery delays common hain, especially for their older projects. Dubai se invest kar rahe ho toh thoda careful rehna padega. RERA possession date 2029 hai, but kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega? Noida mein toh yeh sab chalta rehta hai.
