Mahagun project delays in Sector 18: What's the scene?

Sector 18 — I'm seriously fed up with the builder situation here. Hamara Mahagun project almost 1.5 saal late ho gaya hai, kids ka school admission pending hai aur hum abhi bhi rent mein phanse hain. Builder bas dates pe dates de raha hai, no solid update. Aur ab possession ke time pe maintenance charges ke naam pe itna extra maang rahe hain, jo booking ke time pe discuss bhi nahi hua tha. Matlab, brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya, reality kuch aur hai. My wife's priority was a smooth move, but this is just stressful. Kya kisi aur ne bhi Mahagun ke saath Sector 18 mein aisa experience kiya hai? What did you do? Should I push for compensation or just accept it to get possession?
