Mahagun vs. Indiabulls in Noida: Which is better?

I'm looking at properties in Noida and considering Mahagun Mantra I and Indiabulls Enigma. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their after-sales service? Which one would you recommend for investment purposes?
