Guys, Mahagun ya Indiabulls, which one is better for investment in Noida? I'm confused. Indiabulls Enigma looks fancy, but Mahagun has been around longer. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their on-time delivery? Which one has better resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
